Report Misconduct
Through EcoUp’s Whistleblowing Channel, an employee, partner, customer, or any other stakeholder of the company may report suspected misconduct or unethical behavior. The purpose of the channel is to ensure that any issue or behavior related to EcoUp that is illegal or inconsistent with the company’s values or code of conduct comes to the company’s attention, so that corrective actions can be taken.
The channel is intended for reporting serious violations in which the reporter suspects unlawful activity or other actions that could seriously endanger the public interest. Employment-related matters, occupational health and safety issues, and personal grievances in the workplace are excluded from the scope of the law. These should primarily be handled through other internal company channels and/or official processes.
How to Report
As a first step, EcoUp employees are encouraged to contact their immediate supervisor if they encounter misconduct or unethical behavior. If this is not an appropriate option, a report may be submitted following the instructions below.
Reports can be made either under one’s own name or anonymously.
-
Named reports: Send an email to whistleblowing@ecoup.fi. The mailbox is managed by the company’s CFO, Pauli Anttila.
-
Anonymous reports: You can make an anonymous report by phone to Pauli Anttila at +358 44 024 6810.
If the report concerns the actions of Pauli Anttila, it can be made under one’s own name to the Chairman of the Board, Tuomas Mikkonen, via email at tuomas.mikkonen@dynamik.fi, or anonymously by phone at +358 40 830 6029.
All reports are handled confidentially. Reports must be made honestly and in good faith.
All received reports will be reviewed, and investigations will be carried out without undue delay. The receipt of the report will be acknowledged to the reporter within 7 days of submission. Feedback will be provided to the reporter within 3 months of receiving the report.
